You will be assisting with numerous staff and customer enquiries so excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure is a must.
Your main duties will include:
Using internal computer systems to generate customer paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Answering incoming calls.
Providing outstanding customer service to clients
Confirming artwork and following orders from start to finish.
We are looking for someone who is able to go that extra mile to achieve success and progress within the company once they have gained the required skills and knowledge.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 37.5hrs Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
Salary : £150.00 Per Week

Personal Qualities : The successful candidates should be self motivated and hard working, organized and willing to learn with excellent time keeping.
Skills Required : You must have experience using Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word and Excel as well as an excellent telephone manner.
Future Prospects : Long term will be able to work along side sales staff and offer support to them and customers through each step of the ordering and sourcing process.
Training to be Provided : Business & Administration City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma
