Vacancy Full Description : We are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to be involved in and gain experience in all aspects of running a busy business and conference centre as part of a small friendly team. The job holder can expect to perform the following tasks, under supervision initially and then on their own initiative.
Work as part of a small team
Photocopying, filing and general office duties
Sorting incoming mail and small parcel handling and distribution
Meet and Greet visitors to the Centre
Act as Receptionist dealing with all visitors - both for tenants and for conferencing events
Answer telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
As part of the team, to deal with tenants and to ensure that any issues are dealt with promptly by forwarding to the appropriate person
Helping to maintain cleanliness and visual standards throughout the Centre including cafeteria, offices, conference centre, toilets and other common areas. The job holder will be responsible for bringing any issues noted to the attention of the appropriate person
Helping with conference room and refreshment set up/clearing
Use of Microsoft office packages to produce reports/schedules as necessary
Other ad hoc tasks that may arise
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Mon to Friday 9am-5.30pm. 40 hours per week
Salary : £140.00 Per Week
