Vacancy Short Description : This is an opportunity to work as an office and systems administrator where you will liaise with clients, suppliers and external stakeholders and complete your Level 2 qualification in Business Administration with an Engineering compsany.

 

Qualifications Required : 3 GCSEs A* - D (predicted 3-9) including English and maths (or a Level 1 equivalent)
Vacancy Full Description : This is an opportunity to work as an office and systems administrator where you will liaise with clients, suppliers and external stakeholders and complete your Level 2 qualification in Business Administration Engineering compsany. You will be trained and supported by our team of professional staff and will be able to complete the following duties once you are fully trained:

Answering telephone, filing, dealing with clients face to face and over the telephone.
Arranging and booking meetings.
Executing enquiries from clients
Managing databases of clients and suppliers
Using our CRM system.
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of enquiries to resolve enquiries.
Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt friendly service.
Other marketing projects and daily tasks as required. We are a small company and flexibility to fill in for others and take on additional responsibilities is necessary from all employees.
Administrative and telephone customer service, dealing with email and telephone queries plus providing support to colleagues during busy periods. The marketing role will include
Database management (including data entry), mail shots and sales telephone calls.
Liaising with international suppliers, providing quotations to customers, arranging deliveries with freight forwarders and following outstanding orders.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Monday to Friday 9am to 5am, 37 hours per week
Salary : £150.00 Per Week
