Qualifications Required : You will need a minimum of three GCSEs at grades A*-D / 9-3 or Level 1 equivalent, ideally including English, maths, science and or a technical based subject such as engineering or product design.
Vacancy Full Description : Evolution is a manufacturing company of award winning windows and doors. We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice to join our growing company where you will be trained in glazing sealed units into PVCu windows and doors becoming a fully trained Glazing / Georgian Bar Operative. You will be trained and supported by experienced engineers and will learn to complete the following duties:


• Preparation and assembly of PVCu window frames
• Ensuring the product is assembled to the requisite standards
• Use of a variety of hand tools
• Work within an ISO 9001 environment
• Using own initiative
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Mon to Fri, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (15 minutes paid break and half an hour unpaid lunch break)
Salary : £175.00 Per Week

Other Information : Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (15 minutes paid break and half an hour unpaid lunch break)

This role will be based in a factory environment with various types of machinery in use throughout the day. PPE is issued as standard and must be worn at all times.

The minimum age is 18 for Health & Safety reasons, therefore the successful applicant must be 18 as at 4th September 2017.
