Vacancy Full Description : This is an excellent opportunity for two business administration apprentice swishing to work in a team environment to develop new skills in an office environment whilst supporting the existing team of administrators.
As an apprentice with us you will be teamed with 2 other administrators who will mentor and train you daily. You will learn essential business values and customer handling skills. This is a perfect environment for someone wanting to learn in a friendly team environment and lead to genuine career development opportunities.
The role will involves the day to day activities to efficiently run a busy fast paced service and spares department, with a high focus on excellent customer care. There will be a range of duties varying from emailing, filing, handling customer enquiries (via email, face to face and on the telephone from end users and business to business), working with other team members to find resolution, supporting engineers with order requirements and liaising with them to meet turnaround targets, taking and placing customer orders, taking payments, data entry of products, stock control, picking/packing/ despatching goods, maintaining job systems for an efficient customer service.

Working Week : 35hrs pw Mon - From 9am - 5pm
Salary : £175.00 Per Week
