Vacancy Full Description : Are you enthusiastic, full of energy and eager to learn? Elite Ground Support Services are seeking a super candidate to join our team in Shefford, Bedfordshire who is looking for a career in Business Development and Sales.
Looking for an individual that's enthusiastic, full of energy and eager to learn. Experience within the industry sectors would be advantageous but not critical. Ideally the candidate will be locally based within a 15-30 minute drive of the Shefford based office and has a full driving license. Being computer literate is an essential part of the role. Good telephone manner and confidence in dealing with customers both over the phone and face to face. The right candidate will be able to work on their own using their initiative but also as part of a team.
This job will include general office administration but with a larger emphasis on business development and sales. The candidate will work directly with the MD who will teach and provide them with a full understanding of the running of the business. The candidate will help and be responsible for business development and sales within a specific geographical area and as such as the business develops a reward scheme may be available.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 35hrs pw. Mon - Fri 9am-4pm
Salary : £161.00 Per Week

Personal Qualities : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardised situations

Self-motivated, using own initiative and willing to learn;
Flexible and able to work on own or as part of a team.
Future Prospects : Working within a Personal Develop Plan; working with the MD to obtain a full understanding of the running of the business; assisting with business development and sales with eventually their own geographical area.

Other Information : Candidates must attend an initial interview with a member of the Bedford College Apprenticeship Recruitment Team and complete an online Maths and English test which will be sent out prior to your initial interview if you meet the entry criteria
