Vacancy Short Description : Working in the Operations Team the role will encompass most fundamental office skills including IT (Microsoft Office and our ERP System, EFACS). You will be working with Human Resources, Health & Safety, Quality Management, Purchasing and Finance.
Qualifications Required : 4 GCSE's at grade A*-C (9-4) including English Language and Maths.
Vacancy Full Description : Working in the Operations Team ( 3 team members ), the role will encompass most fundamental office skills including IT ( Microsoft Office and our ERP System, EFACS ). You will be working with Human Resources, Health & Safety, Quality Management, Purchasing and Finance. The role will evolve to give the Apprentice the broadest experience and to help identify their strengths.

Working Week : 40hrs pw Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm
Salary : £165.00 Per Week

Personal Qualities : Reasonable social confidence. We would also favour candidates with some evidence of involvement and hopefully achievement outside academia. Examples would include playing a musical instrument, active participation in a sport, volunteering, DofE etc
Skills Required : Reasonable command of English for telephone and written work.
Reasonable numeracy and willing to work with numbers.
Reasonable IT skills.
Future Prospects : This apprenticeship is with a view to a permanent job at USystems. This will be in Operations, but the specific role would depend on the individuals skills and aspirations. This could be in sales, customer service, logistics, IT etc.
Training to be Provided : You will gain the following qualifications:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship
•Functional Skills in English and Maths
•Functional Skills in ICT
