Vacancy Short Description : This role will gain experience in all departments to learn a broad range of business administration and operational skills whilst developing a customer centric approach.
Qualifications Required : You will need to have achieved 3 GCSEs A*-D or 9-4 including English and maths.
Other requirements: You should have a keen interest in providing excellent customer service and working as part of team. You should also demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, and have basic numeracy and literacy skills with which to build your customer service skills.
Vacancy Full Description : This role will gain experience in all departments to learn a broad range of business administration and operational skills whilst developing a customer centric approach.
Training will be business requirement lead and will provide a full scope of day to day activities and tasks to include : finance ledger management, customer order processing, warehousing and purchasing.
With small teams, work will be planned on a project basis during this first year and will ensure that after 12 months the candidate has a full appreciation of roles in the business before they choose where they would prefer to specialise.

Working Week : 37.5 hrs pw Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm
Salary : £138.75 Per Week

Other Information : Candidates must attend an initial interview with a member of the Bedford College Apprenticeship Recruitment Team and complete an online Math's and English test which will be sent out prior to your initial interview if you meet the entry criteria. Please note this is part of the recruitment process and must be completed in order for your application to be progressed to the next stage.
Things to consider : You may be required to do evening work up to 8pm on occasion.
