Vacancy Full Description : In this Trainee Recruitment Role, the emphasis is on proactivity, you need to build yourselves and extensive ‘pot’ of Doctors to become a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant, earning commission!
You will be responsible for affiliation management with current doctors and rejuvenating contact with inactive doctors on our extensive database. Building doctors to combine level, enabling you to book them out, and eventually converting the doctor to ‘framework’ standard is what you will be judged on.
Excellent service to candidates is paramount in this role, placing the doctors into locum positions is achieved by building and maintaining long term relationships.
A successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will set the relationship parameters with a Doctor at the early stages, building intrinsic relationships and rapport whilst understanding the requirements and drivers of their Doctors.

Working Week : 40hrs pw Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Salary : £150.00 Per Week

Other Information : Candidates must attend an initial interview with a member of the Bedford College Apprenticeship Recruitment Team and complete an online Maths and English test which will be sent out prior to your initial interview if you meet the entry criteria. Please note this is part of the recruitment process and must be completed in order for your application to be progressed to the next stage.
