Vacancy Full Description : In the role of Junior Recruitment Customer Service Apprentice, you will need to build a professional relationship and rapport with clientele in order to place them into work in the medical industry.
You will be responsible for contact management with current doctors and refreshing contact with inactive doctors on our extensive database, whilst being compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations). Excellent service to candidates is paramount in this role, placing the doctors into temporary positions is achieved by building and maintaining long term relationships.
A successful Junior Recruitment Customer Service Apprentice will set the relationship boundaries with the clientele at the early stages by understanding both their and the company's requirements and standards.

Working Week : 40hrs pw Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Other Information : Candidates must attend an initial interview with a member of the Bedford College Apprenticeship Recruitment Team and complete an online maths and English test which will be sent out prior to your initial interview if you meet the entry criteria.
